What You’ll Learn:
- Installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems
- Electrical and mechanical diagnostics
- Use of industry tools and safety protocols
- Blueprint reading and system design basics
- EPA and OSHA standards for HVAC work
- Customer service and jobsite communication

Eligibility Requirements:
- Active-duty service member eligible for DoD SkillBridge participation
- Command approval for program participation
- Interest in pursuing a career in HVAC or related trades
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Mechanical aptitude and good problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with tools, mechanical systems, or electrical work
- Familiarity with HVAC systems (military or civilian)
- Valid driver’s license
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification (a plus)
